Discuss your budget and ideas so our diamond and gemstone experts can specially select the options to suit your needs. Explore our existing and fully customisable collections, or have our team draw up your unique, bespoke design.
Finalise the details.
Once you’re completely happy with the design, you can view your chosen centre stone in person. Simply pay for any gems you want to view and we’ll carefully pack and send them to you. Returning is easy, just send it back to us by registered post and you’ll receive a full refund, minus shipping fees.
Production & delivery.
Rest assured that your custom order will be underway without delay. Our jewellers are working hard, even throughout lockdowns, to fulfil orders in good time, so you will be notified with production timelines and delivery details along the way.
