Our design process
STEP 1. SHARE YOUR VISION.
Discuss your budget and ideas so our Gem-A/GIA trained diamond and gemstone experts can specially select the options to suit your needs. We will handpick a selection of ethnically sourced diamonds and gemstones, especially for you. Explore our existing and fully customisable collections, or have our team draw up your unique, bespoke design.
STEP 2. FINALISE THE DETAILS.
Once you’re completely happy with the design, you can view your chosen centre stone in person. Our designers will provide you with a sketch, CAD design and wax model if needed.
Step 3. Production & delivery.
Rest assured that your custom order will be underway without delay. Our jewellers are working hard to fulfil orders in good time, so you will be notified with production timelines and delivery details along the way with a complementary insurance valuation.
