Fantastic Ring

Very welcoming with lots of knowledge on gemstones
My fiancé and I had two appointments with Alicja at Holts Gems and she was very welcoming and friendly. Once we had given her information on the type of gem/ring we were after, she put a lot of effort into finding a variety of gems to show us at the appointments and it was clear she had a lot of knowledge on gemstones. In the end, I found my ring elsewhere, however I would definitely recommend Alicja and Holts Gems to people looking for particular gemstones.

Holts Gems gave a great level of help to source and produce a piece of jewellery. They provided much attention to detail to understand my requirements. They ensured that they continued to keep me informed throughout both the design and fabrication process. Their outstanding service gave me with much reassurance and confidence that they are a professional, personable and caring organisation. They make the client feel valued and are considerate. Once completed, the item of jewellery was fabricated to a very high standard. Both the service level and quality of craftsmanship was extremely impressive.

I asked Holts to make a pendant to my design as an anniversary present. Not only did they understand what I what trying to achieve and produced exactly what I had in my mind within the required timescale but also with wonderful individual service. Hopefully my wife will be equally pleased (or more)
